Delivery & Returns
If for any reason you wish to return your order, please contact us within 7 working days from the date of receipt in writing to: firstname.lastname@example.org. We will refund your order for the full product value once it is received back to us. Please note, the postage & packaging will not be refunded, just the value of the item(s) in the order.
All items must be returned new, unused and with all the LuxeDesigners.com and designer tags still attached. Returns that are damaged, marked or altered will not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer. Where provided, belts and any designer packaging such as authenticity cards, dust bags and leather tags should be included with your return. Unidentified returns may be returned to the sender.
If you would like to return an item(s), you must complete the Returns form below within 7 days of receiving your order. Items should then be returned to us within 14 days of completing the returns form. The original sales receipt must be accompany with all returns (not a photocopy).
Please send all the items you wish to return from an order in the same shipment. Your return will be processed quicker and avoids you having to pay more than one return cost. Please allow 30 working days for all card refunds to show on your account.
Items should be returned in their original packaging so they are adequately protected in transit. Shoe Boxes, Wallet boxes, should also be protected as they are considered part of the product and your return may not be accepted if the box is damaged.
Please note that items must be returned from the same country to which they were delivered.
All items are insured for loss or theft from point of shipment. However if you are returning an item and loss or theft occurs, LuxeDesigners cannot be held responsible. We recommend sending returns by registered mail. Please ensure that you obtain additional insurance or use a signed for service for additional protection as the parcel will remain the customers responsibility until it reaches us. All items are quality controlled and checked for any faults before they are dispatched to customers. Should you receive an item that is not in perfect condition please contact us immediately at email@example.com
Who wish to make a return, will need to fill out a returns form in accordance with the usual LuxeDesigners returns procedure. You will need to arrange to ship your item and pay for your return, as well as customs duties, if applicable. Please remember to insure your item and retain your proof of postage until you have been refunded – LuxeDesigners cannot accept responsibility for insuring return goods.
Items can be exchanged within 7 days from date of receipt of your order. Please notify us immediately in writing by email of the item you wish to exchange in order to avoid the item being sold out. This information must be specified on the receipt to be included in the return packaging. Exchanges are treated the same as refund item(s) must be returned in original packaging and customers will need to pay the posting, International customers will need to pay any applicable custom duties.
